1 · Who we are
Hydralogic operates hydralogic.dev. We sell study materials that prepare people for the Claude Certified Developer — Foundations (CCDV-F) certification exam.
2 · We are independent
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic. Claude and Anthropic are trademarks of their respective owner and are used here only to identify the exam we prepare people for. Anthropic sets the exam, administers it, and decides who passes. We have no involvement in any of that.
3 · What we sell
Study materials and, in future, live tutoring sessions. That is all. Specifically, we do not sell: exam registration, exam access, exam vouchers, email addresses for certifying under our domain, guaranteed results, employment, recruitment services, or introductions to employers.
4 · No guarantee of results
We do not guarantee that you will pass the exam, and nobody honestly can — it’s proctored and you sit it alone. Our readiness check is our own estimate of your preparedness. It is not a prediction and not a promise. You may score well on our materials and still fail, or the reverse.
5 · No employment claims
We make no representation that any certification will get you a job, an interview, a promotion, or a higher salary. We are not a recruitment agency or placement service, we do not charge for placement, and we do not forward candidate details to employers or recruiters.
6 · Exam fees are not ours
You register for the exam yourself and pay Anthropic directly ($125 per attempt at time of writing). We never handle exam fees and cannot refund them. Certifications are valid for 12 months. Fees, format, and validity are set by Anthropic and can change without notice to us.
7 · Your licence to our materials
What you buy is for your own personal use. Please don’t redistribute, resell, or publish it. We’re a small team and reselling our materials is the fastest way to make this not worth doing.
8 · Refunds
Covered separately and generously in our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.
9 · Accuracy
We work hard to keep exam information current, but scope and pricing change as the underlying product does. Always confirm details against Anthropic’s official exam guide before you book.If you find something wrong on this site, tell us and we’ll fix it.
10 · Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to what you paid us. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or any rights you have under consumer law where you live.
