1 · Who we are

Hydralogic AI operates hydralogic.dev. We are a member organisation of the Claude Partner Network. We sell our own study materials, mock exams, hands-on labs, live training and mentoring for AI and MLOps certification exams — including the Claude Certified Developer — Foundations (CCDV-F).

2 · Our partnerships, and their limits

Hydralogic AI is a partner of Anthropic, OpenAI, AWS, Microsoft and Google Cloud. Partner status does not mean these companies endorse our courses or materials. Vendor names are trademarks of their respective owners. Each vendor sets its exams, administers them, and decides who passes. We have no involvement in any of that.

3 · What we sell

Three individual tiers, plus team cohorts sold under a written proposal (see §4):

• Sprint ($99) — our own study plan, practice questions and mock exams for one exam.
• Guided + Labs ($199) — the above, plus hands-on labs and live training sessions. Inclusive of, not additional to, the Sprint.
• Production AI Engineer Programme ($999) — everything in both tiers above, plus a 6–8 week cohort with a project and mentor reviews. Inclusive of, not additional to, those tiers.

These are one cumulative ladder. Each tier includes everything below it, and a customer never pays for more than one. Moving up costs only the difference ($100, $800 or $900), invoiced on request.

Specifically, we do not sell: exam fees, guaranteed results, guaranteed certification, employment, recruitment services, or introductions to employers.

Exam access and certificates. We coordinate access to Anthropic’s official Skilljar learning portal and exam pathway through our institute, subject to Anthropic’s requirements. You pay the exam fee to Anthropic separately. We issue a Hydralogic AI course completion certificate after course completion; Anthropic issues its official certification after you pass its exam. Re-attempt support is not currently included. Discounts, when available, are subject to the eligibility, validity and terms stated for each offer.

4 · Payments

Prices are in US dollars and are one-time — nothing renews automatically. Payments are taken by Stripe on its own page; we never see your card details. Any tax your country applies is shown at checkout. Team cohorts are sold under a written proposal, and where that proposal differs from these terms, the proposal wins.

5 · No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee that you will pass the exam, and nobody honestly can — it’s proctored and you sit it alone. Our readiness check is our own estimate of your preparedness. It is not a prediction and not a promise. You may score well on our materials and still fail, or the reverse.

6 · No employment claims

We make no representation that any certification will get you a job, an interview, a promotion, or a higher salary. We are not a recruitment agency or placement service, we do not charge for placement, and we do not forward candidate details to employers or recruiters.

7 · Exam fees are not ours

You book each exam yourself and pay the vendor directly. Claude exams, at time of writing: Developer $125, Associate $99, Architect $125, Architect Pro $175, per attempt. Exam fees are never included in any price on this site — note in particular that the Associate fee and our Sprint price are both $99, and they are separate payments to separate parties. We never handle exam fees and cannot refund them. Certifications are valid for 12 months. Fees, format, and validity are set by each vendor and can change without notice to us.

8 · Your licence to our materials

What you buy is for your own personal use. Please don’t redistribute, resell, or publish it. Material we publish as free and open — such as starter kits — carries its own licence, stated where it is published.

9 · Your account

One account per person, and it’s for you alone — please don’t share your login or what you’ve bought. Keep your password safe and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You can delete your account at any time by asking us.

10 · Exam integrity and conduct

Never share real exam questions with us or anyone else, and don’t ask us for them. Every vendor’s exam is covered by its own confidentiality rules, and our material is written from the published exam guides, never from the exams themselves. We don’t sell or accept “brain dumps”, and we may end access for anyone who tries to use our service to cheat.

In live sessions and cohorts, treat other people with respect. We may remove someone who harasses others or disrupts a session; if we do, we refund the undelivered part.

11 · Your work in the labs

Code and write-ups you produce in the labs or the programme are yours. You give us permission to read and review them so we can give you feedback — nothing more. We won’t publish your work or use it as an example without asking you first. Please don’t submit anything confidential to your employer.

12 · Refunds

Covered separately and generously in our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

13 · Accuracy

We work hard to keep exam information current, but scope and pricing change as the underlying product does. Always confirm details against the vendor’s official exam guide before you book. If you find something wrong on this site, tell us and we’ll fix it.

14 · Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to what you paid us. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or any rights you have under consumer law where you live.

15 · Ending access

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access for a serious breach of these terms, such as account sharing or attempts to obtain real exam content. If we end access for any other reason, we refund what hasn’t been delivered.

16 · Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; changes apply to purchases made after the update date shown at the top, never retrospectively to something you have already bought. The governing law and the legal entity will be named here once the company is registered. Until then, nothing in these terms takes away the protection consumer law gives you where you live.
