Refunds, without the argument.
Written and published before we took our first payment, which is the only point at which a refund policy tells you anything about a company.
The short version
If the $49 prep pack isn’t useful to you, email us within 30 days and we’ll refund it in full. You don’t need to explain why, prove you studied, or fill in a form. One email is enough.
Why it’s written this way
We sell preparation for an exam that people can fail. A policy full of conditions would let us keep money from exactly the people who got least out of what we made, and we’d rather not build that business. If we’re refunding a lot of packs, the honest conclusion is that the pack is bad — and that’s information we want.
What we don’t refund
Exam fees.Those are paid by you directly to Anthropic and never pass through us, so we have no ability to refund them. If you fail the exam, the retake fee is between you and the exam provider. This is stated on every page that mentions the exam because it’s the thing most likely to be misunderstood.
The readiness check
It’s free, so there’s nothing to refund. If it was a waste of your twenty minutes, tell us why — that’s more useful to us than money.
The 1:1 intensive
Not yet on sale. When it is: full refund before the first session, and if the first session isn’t worth your time, tell us and we’ll refund the rest. We won’t charge for hours we haven’t delivered.
How to ask
Email your-email@example.com with the address you paid from. We aim to process refunds within five working days; your bank may take longer to show it.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under consumer law in your own country. Where local law gives you more than this policy does, local law wins.
